Under the project of “Enhanced Families and Service Providers Capacities to promote safe motherhood and empower women and girls in Lebanon”, Developmental action without borders / Nabaa’ in partnership with United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) have implemented “Youth Day” event that lies on the theme of “safe places for youth “. 

The event has targeted 60 youth males and females from Saida and Tyre. It has been implemented in a small forest as well. Hence, the aim resides on showing youth how do they make safe places by themselves.

Several activities have been implemented such as invite participation regarding the importance of why do youth need safe spaces?, cleaning the place, using recycled materials to build benches for relaxation in the field, creating a mini football and volley ball filed, playing water fight by dividing the youth into four teams as well.
