Lebanon recently endured its deadliest day, which saw over 500 civilians tragically killed. As of September 26, the ongoing conflict has resulted in 1,247 deaths and 5,278 injuries, largely affecting women and children. The crisis has forced over 52,900 individuals to flee their homes, finding temporary refuge in 360 different locations mostly in schools and educational institutions. Once vibrant neighborhoods, known for their joyful and hopeful atmospheres, have been transformed into areas of desolation due to the continuous violence.

As humanitarian workers, we are committed to providing essential support and relief to those affected by this devastating situation. Our role extends beyond simple aid; we provide a vital lifeline to those clinging to hope in these dire times.

   In Saida, we have recently evaluated 225 households, identifying them as hosted families that include 454 children. Our campaign is focused on delivering critical supplies and support to these families, with a priority on food parcels, hot meals, Emergency Cash Assistance (ECA), and hygiene, baby, and elderly kits.
