Nabaa…Warm winter 

Developmental Action without Border/Nabaa in coordination in with UNRWA Education Department and by the support of Johanniter distributed jackets for 4000 children in El Buss, Rahsidieh, Borj el Shamali, Ein el Helweh, weavel, Nahr el Bard and Baddawi camps. The distributions targeted children of the first cycle: 2000 of  them are Palestinians refugees from Lebanon and 2000 are Palestinians Refugees Syrians. The children had chose by themselves the color and the style of the jackets which made them happy and satisfied. One of the children Qusay said “ I am liked the jacked because I had chosen it.. I will go to school warm”.

The distribution was  based on a needs assessment in 8camps and 5 gatherings, where the Palestinian Refugees are located, the assessment highlighted the need of the children to jackets which was not met by the  NGOs aiming to avoid the overlap of working with refugees.
