Education
Education acts as a transformative force, uplifting communities and instilling hope for sustainable social change. For marginalized children, it is crucial, providing tools to overcome disadvantages and empower their communities, thereby driving personal and societal advancement.

In essence, tailored educational programs deliver equitable opportunities that foster holistic development and protect against exploitation and abuse.

Naba’a, committed to fostering educational opportunities throughout Lebanon, ensures that marginalized children of various nationalities, backgrounds, genders and with disabilities can exercise their right to education. By implementing a range of essential education programs, Nabaa aims to empower young minds to build a brighter future as well as seeks to create a more equitable educational landscape where every child has the opportunity to learn and thrive.

Sustainable Development Goals:
The sustainability of Nabaa’s educational interventions is grounded in a holistic approach that seamlessly integrates the right to education with the rights to protection, psychosocial support, and play, alongside an academic focus. This comprehensive strategy not only addresses the educational needs of students but also their emotional and social well-being within a secure and nurturing environment. Essential to this holistic approach is the engagement of the community, decision-makers, schools, and parents. Through targeted awareness sessions and advocacy campaigns, Nabaa emphasizes the importance of education and promotes community-wide support for children's rights, thereby securing a solid foundation for its educational interventions.

Achievements:
Nabaa’s commitment to educational interventions has been recognized internationally, receiving commendation from UNICEF as one of the most committed organizations implementing educational interventions, in coordination with UNRWA and various municipalities. Its Basic Literacy and Numeracy (BLN) programs were certified by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) in 2023. In 2018, Nabaa achieved recognition as a GulfMark champion, setting a higher standard in comparison with both local and international NGOs.

Future Goals:
Nabaa aims to foster an inclusive, safe, and equitable educational landscape for marginalized children of different nationalities, genders, and backgrounds by not only maintaining but also expanding the scope of its interventions. Naba’a plans to reach new marginalized areas and implement strategies through a holistic approach defined by empowerment and sustainability that includes education, protection, psychosocial support (PSS), health, awareness, and advocacy, targeting children, their families, and communities. These efforts are designed to reduce school dropout rates, preserve children's rights to education, and protect them from abuse and exploitation, while also enhancing their skills and attributes to better face socioeconomic challenges as well as foster their active participation in shaping a future defined by equity, opportunity, and justice.
