The Follow-up Committee to Stop Violence Against Children

The follow-up committee to stop violence against children was launched on 18th Dec 2016. It was headed by the Algerian Democratic Republic and Marwa Hussein from the MANARA network/ Nabaa represented Arab children in the meeting. After the start of the meeting, the MANARA network children presented “Child Led Data Methodology” and the main achievements of MANARA network in nine countries over last three years (Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Palestine, Yemen, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco). The children present were Marwa Hussein, a Palestinian refugee from Lebanon / Nabaa Organization, Ilaria Farag from Egypt / Egyptian coalition for the rights of the Child, Bilal Al Shaar from Lebanon / ALEF Organization for Human Rights and Ammar Ahmed from Egypt / Egyptian coalition for the rights of the Child.
