Developmental Action Without Borders - Nabaa lunch its strategy for the next five years

The “Development Action Without Borders - Nabaa” concluded the workshop that it had launched for three consecutive days in order to implement its strategy for the next five years.

A team of “Association” workers in all programs, centers and areas of work from north to south, Beirut and Mount Lebanon participated in the workshop.

The General Director and Founder, Dr. Qassem Saad, opened the workshop with a speech explaining all aspects of the work undertaken by “Nabaa” in all regions, in the presence of representatives of the administrative body and executive management of the “Association.”

  After that, the participants in the “workshop,” led by consultant Dr. Ramzi Al-Hajj, worked on reviewing the vision and mission of the association, then moving on to defining the strategic directions and their specific goals, in addition to the activities associated with them, along with verification indicators and analysis of risks and threats.
At the conclusion of the workshop, thanks were directed to all participants and to the consultant, Dr. Al-Hajj, for the effort he made over the three days to come up with conclusions related to the work strategy of “Development Without Borders - Spring” for the coming period.
