Team of engineers at Developmental Action without Borders / Nabaa' have conducted a field visit to wavel camp – Baalbak for the purpose of enhancing elderly shelters within the framework of the second phase of " an Increase access to basic services and meeting basic and special needs for the most vulnerable PRS and PRL elderly people in Palestinian camps and gatherings " project .
The project is being implemented by developmental action without Borders / Nabaa' and by the support of Lebanese Humanitarian Fund / OCHA.
